Our award winning, TV appearing salon in Woodley, Stockport was the first Snobby Dogs opening its doors in September 2009 with help from Coronation Street’s Labrador star Ozzy.

Woodley salon is a family owned business run by Katie Anderson and her mum, Debbie Almond. Following unsettling experiences when taking their own dogs to be groomed, they decided to launch a first in dog grooming - a fun and dynamic state of the art salon.

The Woodley salon houses a large and relaxing reception area where owners are welcome to wait and watch their pet being pampered. We use the latest techniques in our large grooming salon where all equipment is electronically operated.  Our canine clients have access to an indoor open holding area for play before and after their groom on a wet day and, should we be lucky enough to have some sunshine, our dogs are welcome to play in our large secure garden.

The team at Woodley are experienced and City & Guilds qualified in grooming all breeds of dog to either breed standard or a modified pet clip to the owners preference.  The team are also qualified microchip implanters and are trained in Canine First Aid.

Cat grooming, ‘Classy Cats @ Snobby Dogs’  is available at Woodley as an additional service.  The team will happily maintain your cat’s coat and claws or completely transform their look with an entire new style.
