Snobby Dogs Grooming Parlour Ltd first opened its door in 2009 as ‘the grooming parlour with a difference’, with a tremendous amount of support from the local press, community and even some celebrity pooches!

THE SNOBBY DOGS SUCCESS

Snobby Dogs has gone from strength to strength from opening its doors in 2009 with only the founder’s dog as a customer to now having a client base in excess of 4,000 and their turnover having quadrupled - at the head office branch alone!

Snobby Dogs success and theory of high standards, care and a safe environment were further demonstrated in the 2010 Pet Care Trust Pet Industry Awards where the company was short listed to one of only three grooming businesses in the UK up for the award of Grooming Business of The Year. This was only one year after opening their doors. The other finalists had been trading for in excess of 20 years! The shortlist alone sparked huge press coverage including regional televised news.

In 2012, Snobby Dogs successfully launched their first franchise, and there were soon more to follow, all of which are thriving and growing in line with the Snobby Dogs business model.

It was in 2012 that Snobby Dogs were delighted to be crowned the UK Grooming Business of The Year and a few months later were also named as Independent Retailer of The Year at The Stockport Business Awards
